DescriptionSummary of Opening:Egg Pickup: responsible for loading
empty egg buggies onto the trailer and securing the load. Egg
buggies will be delivered to farms and rolled inside egg/work
rooms, full buggies will be scanned in, loaded, secured, and hauled
back to the hatchery. Responsible for unloading at the hatchery and
marking rows to ensure accurate inventory. Monitoring the
Thermoking trailer throughout the day to ensure optimum conditions
for eggs. Pay is a flat hourly rate while hauling eggs. Successful
applicants must realize that they are representing Pilgrim s Pride
Corporation whenever they are driving a company vehicle, making
sure to always follow the rules of the road.Pay is
$24.35/hour.Description of Duties/Qualifications: Load securement
is the driver s responsibility in all positions. Must be able to
drive large trucks in all types of weather and at night. Must be
able to push/pull 100+ lbs. Must have a valid CDL Class A license,
a good driving record, a drug-free record, and must pass a DOT
physical. Will use a company-provided e-log system. Will follow all
DOT HOS regulations. Vision correctable to 20/20. Must possess good
decision-making ability. Good work ethic. Able to work in hot and
dusty environments. The normal schedule is Monday, Tuesday,
Thursday, and Friday. Egg flow may require Wednesday and/or weekend
workEXPECTATIONS

skill to drive a truck safelyAbility to follow both written and

a manner that maintains harmony with co-workersConsiderable ability
to work under dusty adverse conditions.Valid Class A Driver s
license and acceptable driving record according to Company Policy
622 required, (Possession of single, valid operator s license with
appropriate vehicle classification for the operators state of
residence; no incident in prior 36 months in which the driver was
found to be under the influence of alcohol or non-prescription
drugs; no incident in prior 36 months of reckless/careless driving;
no major driving violations), for Lockout/Tag out safety as well as
other company safety programs and policies. Must be able to operate
a manual CMV
