and enthusiastic International Tax Director to join our dynamic
Accounting Finance team. This individual will play a pivotal role
in managing the international aspects of our tax operations and
will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all international
tax laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a deep
understanding of ASC 740, Federal & State Tax, S Corp, Income Tax,
GILTI, FDII, 5471, and other related areas. This is an exciting

Responsibilities: Lead and manage all international tax operations,
including the preparation and review of tax returns and ensuring
compliance with all international tax laws and regulations. Develop
and implement tax planning strategies to minimize tax liabilities
and risks. Provide expertise on international tax matters,
including ASC 740, Federal & State Tax, S Corp, Income Tax, GILTI,
FDII, 5471, and other related areas. Collaborate with other
departments to provide tax advice and guidance on business
decisions and transactions. Monitor and analyze changes in tax laws
and regulations and assess their impact on the company. Manage
relationships with external tax advisors and auditors. Provide
leadership and mentorship to the tax team, promoting a culture of
high performance and continuous learning. Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Advanced degree in Taxation or CPA is highly desirable. Minimum of
8 years of experience in international tax, with a focus on ASC
740, Federal & State Tax, S Corp, Income Tax, GILTI, FDII, 5471.
Proven experience in managing tax operations and developing tax
planning strategies. Deep knowledge of international tax laws and
regulations. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong leadership and team management abilities. Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain
complex tax concepts in a clear and concise manner. High level of
