The Accounting Manager will lead an accounting team that plays a pivotal role in fueling business success through strategic financial leadership. Lead a cohesive, high-performing team in a supportive, innovative environment Drive financial strategy with direct impact on business growth Thrive in a collaborative culture that values efficiency and work-life balance Responsibilities Oversee daily accounting operations and lead a team of accountants, A/P, A/R, and payroll specialists. Prepare financial statements, perform account reconciliations, and ensure GAAP compliance. Manage accounts payable/receivable, payroll, fixed assets, and lease administration. Contribute to budgeting and forecasting, providing actionable insights to senior management. Maintain the general ledger and implement internal controls to mitigate risk. Streamline processes and manage accounting software for efficiency and data integrity. Collaborate with sales, inventory, and operations teams to support business goals. Communicate complex financial data clearly to non-financial stakeholders. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting with 3 years of supervisory experience. Deep knowledge of B2B commercial accounting, GAAP, and financial reporting. Proficient in accounting software (ERP preferred) and intermediate to advanced MS Office skills. Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills with a track record of process improvement.
