Accountant: As a Senior Staff Accountant , you will be responsible
for a variety of impactful tasks that ensure accurate financial
reporting and project alignment: Manage components of the month-end
close process, including journal entries, work-in-progress (WIP)
reconciliations, inventory tracking, and roll forwards. Collaborate
on capital project planning and execution, supporting the monthly
cash flow forecast for active and upcoming initiatives. Partner
with project managers and the property accounting team to ensure
timely and precise financial reporting . Oversee the creation and
transfer of fixed assets , maintaining accurate inventory and
capital records. Provide meaningful variance analysis and
explanations for profit and loss (P&L) statements. Utilize
advanced Excel skills to synthesize financial data and generate
insightful reports. Qualifications for the Senior Staff Accountant
Position: The ideal Senior Staff Accountant candidate will bring
the following: A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. 2
years of accounting and/or finance experience (construction or real
estate industry experience is a plus). Strong attention to detail,
