Salary: $135,000 - $165,000 per year A bit about us: Located in Atlanta, Georgia, we have maintained a statewide practice representing individuals and corporations in civil litigation, dispute resolution, and administrative claims. As a result of the firm’s extensive litigation practice, its attorneys are highly experienced in all forms of alternative dispute resolution, including arbitration, mediation, and administrative practice. While we specialize in civil litigation, the firm routinely counsels clients on a wide range of matters outside the litigation context. The firm is listed in the Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers and in Best’s Directory of Recommended Attorneys. Why join us? The firm’s health/medical/vision insurance plan is enrolled with ANGLE/CIGNA. The plan has a $10 co-pay for office visits to a preferred provider. Specialist are at $30.00 co-pay for in network . The deductible for the plan is $1,500/$3000 per calendar year and annual out of pocket maximum of $1,500/$3,000 in network. The firm also offers an Health Savings Account insurance plan through ANGLE/CIGNA. The plan also has a prescription card. Your prescription cost is $10 for generic and $30/$60 for non-generic. Most major pharmacies are in the plan. The dental coverage is covered at $1,500 maximum for the year with a $50.00 deductible. The plan covers two cleaning a year at 100% coverage. Basic is covered at 80% and major is at 50%. This coverage is through HUMANA. Dental insurance is $8.00 for single coverage and $15.00 for family coverage. The employee’s portion of the monthly health premium is $75.00 – pre-tax and is deducted bi-monthly. You are eligible for coverage one month after your employment date at the beginning of a month. Dependent coverage is available and paid by the employee. The firm has a long-term disability plan, which is with HUMANA. There is no cost to the employee and you are eligible one month after your employment date. A successful candidate can expect significant responsibility in a wide range of litigation matters including medical malpractice, employment, products liability, premise liability and construction defects.
