Controller – Alpharetta, GA (100M Company) To Apply Now - email your resume to [email protected] Who: A growing $100M organization is seeking a Controller to lead accounting operations, develop a strong team and bring structure to a scaling environment What: Hands-on Controller Where: Alpharetta, GA (flexibility depending on candidate) Compensation & Benefits: Base Salary: Up to $160,000 Bonus: Up to 30% 3 Weeks Vacation Medical, Dental, Vision (MDV) 401(k) with 5% Company Match Strong long-term growth opportunity Key Responsibilities: Lead all accounting operations including month-end close, financial reporting, and analysis Ensure timely, accurate financial statements in compliance with GAAP Supervise, train, mentor, and develop the accounting team Drive process improvements and scalable accounting workflows Own and optimize Sage Intacct ERP Establish and maintain strong internal controls Partner with leadership to support business decision-making What We’re Looking For: Proven Controller or strong Accounting Manager ready to step up Experience in a $50M–$200M company environment Hands-on experience with Sage Intacct Strong leadership and team development mindset Ability to operate both strategically and tactically Deep understanding of GAAP and financial reporting The Ideal Candidate: This role is built for someone who: Leads from the front Builds and develops teams Takes ownership of the numbers Thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment Controller Alpharetta Georgia $100M company hybrid leads close, GAAP reporting, Sage Intacct, team; requires controller or accounting manager experience
