Please contact your Human Resources office for an evaluation of education/experience in lieu of the required minimum qualifications.Position Summary:The Institute on Human Development and Disability/UCEDD seeks an Administrative Assistant to work with various projects within our Institute. Projects vary over time, but include the following tasks:

  • Administrative and general office support.
  • Data collection, creating and updating data spreadsheets.
  • Data management and programmatic support for the Disability Studies Certificate Program.
  • Instructional support in Disability Studies university courses.
  • Development and dissemination of community education materials, including materials. relating to vaccinations for people with disabilities and their caregivers.
  • Organizing and archiving materials for the Georgia Disability History Archive.Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and/or Competencies:
    • Ability to accurately computer-enter numerical data.
    • Proficient in use of Windows Office Suite; internet and library research skills.
    • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
    • Flexibility and ability to work on multiple tasks.
