Position Summary
This employee performs a variety of well-defined, repetitive duties
that fall under the standard policies and procedures of the
departments or unit. The daily functions for this position include
responding to inquiries of Title IV-E applicants, field
supervisors, and the Title IV-E Director and Coordinator. This
person will also maintain Title IV-E student files and alumni
contact information.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and/or Competencies
Organizational skills, proficient in MS Office applications such as
Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Some knowledge of Adobe, and the
ability to effectively communicate both verbally and written.

Duties/Responsibilities
Responds to calls for support from Title IV-E applicants and
students, responds to questions and connects students to
appropriate offices as necessary.

Maintains calendar of events for the Title IV-E program and
coordinates with IT to update the website. Maintains alumni records
including contact information, DFCS employment, and engagement with
the Title IV-program.

Maintains student files, including student applications,
tuition/fee payments, student agreements, and SEED agreements (when
required).

Support the IV-E reporting process through maintaining and
inputting course data in the Title IV-E portal.
