City, GA 30269 | On-Site, Full-Time What You’ll Get $22-$27/hr DOE
Health, vision, and dental insurance. 401(k) with 3.5% match
(vesting at 2 years). Paid Time Off: 2 weeks annually after 90
days. 6 paid holidays, plus additional time off around Christmas
and Black Friday. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM;
occasional Saturday flexibility needed for customer appointments

company What You’ll Do Daily: Keep the showroom organized, clean,
and safe, ensuring displays and sample books are updated and
functional. Greet clients, answer phone calls and emails, and
provide information about products and services. Convert incoming
inquiries into qualified appointments for the sales team. Manage
CRM data entry, ensuring client information and project details are
current and accurate. Process and track service requests, repairs,
and parts orders. Order fabric memos and samples as needed. Confirm
next-day installations and assist with scheduling when necessary.
Support project managers with administrative and client-facing
tasks. Weekly: Review showroom maintenance and address display or
cleanliness needs. Prepare for and attend production meetings with
the operations team. Monthly / Quarterly: Manage showroom and
office supplies, vendor accounts, and sample book inventory.
Schedule vendor meetings and maintain records of accounts.
Participate in quarterly team meetings and training sessions. Who
You Are Proficient in Microsoft/Google Office Suite (Word, Excel),
Adobe Suite, or CRM software Minimum typing speed of 50 WPM Strong
verbal and written communication skills Excellent organization,
time management, and problem-solving abilities Detail-oriented with
a polished, professional demeanor Experience in customer service,
retail management, or operations (experience in interior design or
