Join us.MARKETING ANALYTICS & REPORTING INTERN ROLE DESCRIPTION:This role supports the Marketing Analytics team by developing, modifying, and maintaining marketing reports and analyses to internal stakeholders. - This person has a naturally curious mind and desire to solve business problems using data. - The ideal candidate has experience in developing visual representations and familiarity with marketing data sources.RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE:
  • Refreshing marketing data sources
  • Validating marketing data
  • Building visualizations of marketing data in tools like Tableau or Power BI
  • Creating documentation and videos to support training on marketing reportsThe role will involve hands on work in Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server using marketing specific data sources such as Google Analytics 4, LinkedIn, Google Ads, Marketo and more.QUALIFICATIONS:
    • Experience in Tableau Desktop and/or Power BI (preferred)
    • Pursuing BA/BS -in Marketing, Business and/or Data Analytics/Science
    • Fundamental understanding of marketing processes and key metrics
    • Relevant work or course experience (e.g. internships, summer positions, school jobs)
    • Exceptional written and oral communication skills
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and work on multiple assignments
    • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment with professionals of all levels
    • Highly detailed oriented
    • Identify gaps and limitations in data.
    • Build deliverables in a consistent, professional format
    • Works well in a collaborative and distributed team environment.
    • Exhibit a positive attitude and strong desire to continuously improve and learn
    • Leverage marketing area experts to understand nuances in dataThe wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Crowe, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
