Senior Project Manager – Ground-Up Commercial Construction
Location: Macon, GA Employment Type: Full-Time Compensation: Up to
$160K base bonus | Vehicle allowance | Fuel card Join one of

balance . What You’ll Do: Lead major ground-up commercial projects
from preconstruction through closeout Oversee 2–3 Project Managers,
guiding their development and ensuring consistency in process and
execution Manage project timelines, subcontractor coordination,
budgets, and quality control Maintain a leadership presence on-site
and within the office, leading by example Bring experience and
structure to processes and help develop junior staff What They’re
Looking For: Proven experience managing ground-up commercial
projects ranging from $1M to $60M Background in higher education,
hospitality, corrections , or other diverse commercial work
Multi-family-only experience will not be considered Strong
leadership skills and the ability to mentor junior PMs and bring
organization to workflows Exposure to Procore and Bluebeam
(preferred but not required) This is more than a construction
