customer, and employee expectations. Job Summary We are seeking a
dependable and hardworking Pavement Maintenance Lead Technician to
join our team. This role involves performing small asphalt repairs,
seal-coating, and line striping on commercial properties. Ideal
candidates are comfortable working outdoors, have a strong
attention to detail, and are committed to delivering high-quality
results. Responsibilities: Perform crack filling and minor asphalt
patching and repairs Operate seal-coating equipment and apply
sealer to paved surfaces Set up and operate striping machines to
apply pavement markings Follow project plans, layouts, and safety
guidelines Prepare work sites by cleaning and prepping surfaces
Load, transport, and maintain tools and materials Complete jobs
efficiently while ensuring quality and safety standards Communicate
with crew leaders and project managers regarding job progress
Maintain a clean and organized work area and vehicle Requirements:
Proven experience with seal-coating and asphalt repair - Positive
attitude - High school diploma or general education degree (GED);
or one to three years of related experience and/or training; or an
equivalent combination of education and experience. - A solid
understanding of Appell Striping Inc.'s business and proven
abilities in striping and other related services preparation and
installation. - Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as
measurements, weights, area, circumference, and volume.
