We're seeking a skilled, customer-focused Maintenance Technician who embodies our motto, "A Friendly Home." Key Responsibilities: Respond to resident maintenance requests with professionalism and urgency Perform preventive maintenance, light carpentry, appliance installations, HVAC tasks, and general repairs Build positive relationships with residents, co-workers, and vendors What We're Looking For: Strong customer service and communication skills Self-motivated with excellent time management Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and proof of insurance 2 years of experience in maintenance or trades (plumbing, carpentry, drywall, electrical, etc.) Preferred (but not required): CPO, EPA, OSHA certifications HVAC and appliance repair experience Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm (occasional weekends, overtime, or on-call may be required based on property needs) Your Well-Being, Our Priority We value our employees and offer a comprehensive benefits package to support your health, financial security, and professional growth.
