Job Description Job Description Description: Russell Landscape is seeking skilled, motivated, and hard-working Crew Members to join our commercial landscape maintenance team. What You’ll Do: • Work on a professional landscape maintenance crew serving commercial properties • Perform high-quality maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, edging, mulching, planting, pruning, and more • Assist with loading/unloading equipment and materials, keeping tools in top shape • Follow directions from Crew Leaders and ensure job sites are clean, safe, and complete • Occasionally support commercial construction or enhancement projects • Take pride in creating beautiful, well-maintained outdoor environments What You Bring: • At least 1–2 years of commercial landscape experience preferred (but we’ll train the right person!) • Ability to operate mowers, blowers, trimmers, and other landscape equipment • Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and reliability • A team-first attitude and willingness to learn • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions • Valid driver's license is a plus What You Get: • Competitive pay based on experience • Paid time off and holiday pay Crew Member • Health, dental, and vision insurance packages • 401(k) with company match • Opportunities for career growth and advancement into Crew Leader and beyond • A fun, professional, and supportive work environment where hard work is noticed • Pride in being part of Team Purple — one of the Southeast’s most respected names in landscaping The Physical Side: This role requires physical stamina—frequent walking, bending, lifting, climbing, and handling equipment.
