        Southern Estates Investments, the parent company to several local businesses, is looking for a Marketing Manager to join our growing team. Our team manages & operates the following businesses: Big Water Marina & Campground, Palmetto Distillery, Pine Lake Golf Club, Rocky River Plantation/True Southern Events, and Bargain Exchange Flea Market.         This role will focus on the development and execution of various marketing initiatives. Working closely with the creative team, the Marketing Manager will be responsible for the -designing, producing, and coordinating in the creation of multifaceted communication materials.
        Responsibilities:
        • Developing and executing strategic marketing plans for multiple businesses under Southern Estates Investments
        • Generate marketing and sales reports and analyze insights to optimize performance
        • Assist with the artistic development of marketing and promotional pieces for print and web. Work with creative team to develop ideas, concepts, and campaigns + facilitate creation of various communication materials. -
        • Formulate art concepts by creating the initial designs, and following through with feedback and revisions to reach final designs approved by our internal team and our clients
        • Work closely with other department leaders to develop and inspire new campaigns to elevate the overall marketing strategy
          Education/Experience:
          • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Graphic Design or relevant field
          • 3+ years of experience with Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
          • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
          • Strong organizational & communication skills
          • Team player that strives to maximize team & company performance
