This opportunity is for two paraprofessional positions working onsite in a school setting in Damariscotta, ME. The roles focus on providing support for students in grades K-5, utilizing a life skills-based curriculum to assist with educational growth and daily living skills. Key Responsibilities: Deliver instructional and behavioral support to students within a structured life skills program. Assist teachers in implementing educational plans tailored to individual student needs. Support classroom management and promote a positive learning environment. Collaborate with educational staff to monitor student progress and adapt strategies as necessary. Maintain clear communication with staff and follow school guidelines. Qualifications: Certification or experience as an Educational Technician II or III. Experience working with K-5 students, preferably within special education or life skills curriculum. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work 32 hours per week during the school year (August 24, 2026, through June 11, 2027). Reliable attendance and commitment to onsite work. Location: Position based onsite in Damariscotta, ME. Hours: 32 hours per week following the school calendar and schedule.
