mobility.Responsibilities:Manage and execute projects per Flawless
Launch ProcessResponsible for the Coordination of launch
activities, design, build and commissioning, timing of new product
lines and modifications.Be responsible for successful sampling
preparation and launch of equipment, develop and follow up timing
plan and actions (PDCA, Handover Checklist, Readiness checklist).
The AME is also responsible for sampling preparation of other
projects in the local plant (readiness checklist).Create Manuf.
System Design (MSD) and PCE /CD sheets for new projectsSupport the
ECR and ECO processPlan and manage Plant CAPEX. Order equipment on
time as planned.Be responsible and perform PFMEA before ordering
e.g. tools, equipmentEnsure your participation for Design Review
and Drawing reviewSupport regional AM Team (SAM) by defining
SOWSupport for continuous improvement of existing product lines in
located plant related to production equipment and tools.Responsible
for manufacturing flow/ methods according Kautex StandardsEnsure
transfer of technical knowledge and prevent reoccurrence of
failures ( A3 thinking)Support production issues like blow
moulding, welding, assembly and testing problems, fire fighting in
the plant related to production equipment, tools and machines
(BMM).Support purchase department and SAM during the supplier
nomination process for process equipment, take part at concept
meetings, check concept to our specificationsCollege degree in
technical field (preferably Manufacturing Engineering)3 years
experience in a manufacturing environmentWorking knowledge of Lean
Manufacturing PrinciplesInjection Mold and Blow Mold experienceRisk
Management / FMEA/ Risk AssessmentGood command of primary language
of plant is mandatoryEnglish language skills would be
