in manufacturing, is seeking a PM Maintenance Tech to join their
team. As a PM Maintenance Tech, you will be part of the Maintenance
Department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate
will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, attention to
detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in
the organization. Job Title: PM Maintenance Tech Location:
Braselton, GA Pay Range: $28.5 Shift: 1st 5:30am-2:00pm What's the
Job? Perform preventive maintenance and minor repairs on all
production machinery and facility requirements. Clean and maintain
production equipment through routine scheduled maintenance,
cleaning, and adjustments. Lubricate machinery and perform general
preventive maintenance tasks as needed. Communicate with
supervisors regarding maintenance status and estimated downtime.
Record maintenance activities, repairs, and parts replacements
accurately. What's Needed? High School diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of three to five years' experience in a manufacturing
environment. Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, machine
shop tools, and equipment such as pallet jacks. Ability to read and
interpret manuals, blueprints, schematics, and work instructions.
Willingness to work 12 or more hours and in varying temperature
