Job Description:
Are you ready to turn boxes of parts into masterpieces that make
customers smile? We’re looking for a hands-on wizard with a knack
for assembling furniture, grills, bicycles, and other cool items.
If you’re someone who loves building, problem-solving, and working
in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, this is the job for
you! What You’ll Do: Assemble products like a pro inside of stores
(don’t worry, we’ll train you). Troubleshoot assembly challenges
and deliver high-quality work that meets safety standards. Utilize
hand tools to assemble products. Interact with customers and
coworkers, sharing your passion for precision and problem-solving.
Work independently or with a team to meet daily assembly goals.
Maintain tools, parts, and workspaces like the master of efficiency
you are. What You Bring to the Table: You’ve got experience with
tools and enjoy fixing, building, or tinkering. You can follow
instructions and nail the small stuff. Able to lift 50 lbs and work
on your feet for extended periods. Requires repetitive wrist, hand,
and figure movement, and ability to use tools requiring high
dexterity. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Open to
flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays. Ability to
work in multiple locations if needed. Reliable transportation. High
