Job Description Job Description Maintenance Technician - 35/hr Responsibilities Perform a 50/50 split between reactive and preventative maintenance activities. Trace circuits with and without the aid of prints or schematics. Troubleshoot and repair 480V electrical systems, including rewiring tasks. Diagnose and fix issues with 24V-120V sensors, photoeyes, and controls. Address mechanical issues related to hydraulic and pneumatic systems. Execute part replacements such as seals, bearings, and gears. Work with extrusion machines, small mechanical chain-driven conveyors, air compressors, and small hydraulic presses. Essential Skills Proficiency in 480V electrical troubleshooting. Experience with industrial mechanical maintenance. Knowledge of low voltage systems (110V-24V), sensors, and photoeyes. Capability in reading and interpreting schematics and blueprints. Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in plastics maintenance, specifically extrusion. PLC troubleshooting skills. Welding and machining proficiency. Understanding of water treatment systems. The position is on a 3rd shift schedule, running from 8PM to 8AM, Monday through Thursday, providing a work-life balance with a long weekend. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Greenville, OH. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $70720.00/yr.
