Job Description:
Constellation, a leading provider in energy solutions, is
looking for a dedicated HVAC Service Technician to join our team.
This role is pivotal in ensuring the efficient operation and
maintenance of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
for our vast array of projects across residential, commercial, and
public sector environments. As part of our skilled labor team, you
will work towards optimizing HVAC systems to maximize energy
efficiency and comfort for all our clients. Install, maintain, and
repair HVAC systems across various settings. Conduct regular
maintenance checks and troubleshoot any issues to prevent system
failures. Ensure all installations and repairs meet the required
standards and customer expectations. Advise customers on energy
efficiency and cost-effective measures. Collaborate with the
service team to enhance service quality and ensure compliance with
all health and safety regulations. Proficient in handling,
installing, and fixing HVAC systems. Adept at using tools and
technology required for HVAC installation and repair. Strong
problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Capability to work
in different environmental conditions. Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance 401k EPA Section 608 Certification required. Professional
certification in Heating, Air Conditioning, Refrigeration preferred
but not mandatory.
