Job Description:
What You Will Be Doing: You will be the F-16 Aircraft
Modification Technician for the Aircraft Modification Team which is
responsible for delivering precise electrical and avionics
modifications to F-16 aircraft stationed in Poland - Multi-site
options (Lask and/or Poznan) As the F-16 Aircraft Modification
Technician you will be responsible for ensuring the highest
standards of aircraft electrical, avionics, and system integrity
while supporting modification, upgrade, and overhaul efforts. Your
responsibilities will include: - Perform troubleshooting,
installation, repair, and maintenance of F-16 electrical, avionics,
landing gear, flight controls, and hydraulic systems. - Execute
maintenance actions in compliance with technical orders, fault
isolation manuals, and local operational instructions. - Document
all work in maintenance data collection systems and ensure accuracy
of records. - Maintain aircraft readiness by overseeing all
maintenance performed on assigned aircraft. - Support frequent
domestic and international travel, complying with passport and

Opportunity: MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN – This position is located at a
facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must
possess an active Secret clearance to start. Candidate must have
strong communications and interpersonal skills. Must read, write
and speak English fluently. Physical Requirements: This position
may include certain required health screenings and immunizations.
Position may also require extended work hours. Regularly required
to lift up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive movements, work
overhead, use hands to grasp, handle, and/or feel, reach with hands
and arms. The employee is frequently required to stand, walk,
stoop, kneel, squat, crawl, and twist. Confined Space Entry. Basic
Qualifications - Candidate must be a high school graduate or
equivalent. - Must possess minimum of 5 years of recent fighter
aircraft maintenance and/or modification experience (A-10, F-15,
F-16, F-22, F-35) - Extensive experience in aircraft component
troubleshooting and/or repair procedures and replacement of
components, and aircraft systems. - Extensive experience with
reading and interpreting blueprints, wiring diagrams and electrical
schematics Desired skills - Candidate must have held a USAF skill
level 7 (or equivalent) in their career field. - Experience working
and communicating with Foreign military personnel. - Candidate
possesses previous instructor/ training experience. - Experience
working in Foreign locations with little oversight. - F-16 MOD

Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be
performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. Work
Schedule Information Lockheed Martin supports a variety of
alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our
employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day
work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules
provide employees with additional time away from the office and are
in addition to our Paid Time off benefits. Security Clearance
Information This position requires a government security clearance,
