Job Description:
What You Will Be Doing • Responsible for guidance & development
of Tool Engineers providing floor support, vendor support & feeder
plant support for AMMM production operations. • Responsible for
working closely with Production to develop new tools, repair
existing tools, perform root cause analysis & implement corrective
actions for improving quality & productivity. • Serve as a
Functional Lead, mentor & trainer to current & new tooling
engineers hired in the future. Will provide guidance & support for
the following tasks: • Create & update Tool Designs • Develop &
refine tooling processes & procedures. • Develop tooling quotes for
new work. • Coordinate with planning for tool order processing. •
Perform CAM activities • Manage contract tool design work force •
Coordinate with production to facilitate execution of tool repairs,
installations and inspections. • Develop & maintain management
tools such as metrics & reports used to manage tool design & tool
make workloads & schedules. • Analyze CAR's, ICAR's & audit
findings & develop appropriate responses & assist with
implementation of corrective actions. • Support safety initiatives
& requirements. • Continuously work with production supervision &
mechanics to improve tools on the production floor & in the field.

experience Microsoft Office products experience Experience reading
and interpreting complex engineering drawings, schematics,
specifications, and diagrams Experience developing and coordinating
complex metrics Desired skills • Good communication skills to work
with cross functional teams • Develop, construct and report metrics
for Department • Assist in CAM activities when required •
Coordinate with tool engineering, design, procurement, vendors,
shop and other organization as required. Give status and develop
enhancements as required • Work databases and assist with bridging
with other organizations and their systems and processes • Assist
with tracking special projects and versions • Assist with quoting

Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be
performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. Work
Schedule Information Lockheed Martin supports a variety of
alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our
employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day
work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules
provide employees with additional time away from the office and are
in addition to our Paid Time off benefits. Pay Rate: The annual
base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts,
and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado,
Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont,
Washington or Washington DC is $99,700 - $175,835. For states not
referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect
the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary
information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers
factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of
the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key
skills as well as market and business considerations when extending

receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave,

calendar year. This position is incentive plan eligible. Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in most major
metropolitan areas in California, Massachusetts, and New York is
$114,700 - $198,720. For states not referenced above, the salary
range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work
