includes:Provides direct supervision for Medical Technologist &
PhlebotomistConducts Training & Development of Staff/New
EquipmentDefines, coordinates, and monitors, quality
assuranceEnsures quality control & compliance procedures are
followedDevelops and manages annual lab budgetActs as hands-on
medical technologistRequirements:Bachelor's Degree preferredMT
(ASCP) Certification or Equivalent4 years
