Celebrating our 75th Anniversary, we are proud to service industry-leading OEMs across a wide range of market segments.This position is responsible for sales of Custom Molding/Contract Manufacturing* Become adept with our manufacturing capabilities and services.* Develop and maintain strong relationships with sourcing influencers at existing and prospective customers.* Assess and understand customer requirements and present the appropriate Flambeau services to secure new business.* Identify, pursue and close new business opportunities that align with Flambeau's volume, price and profit objectives.* Perform "Account Manager" responsibilities for designated accounts.* Provide direction as needed on existing programs and oversee the internal cross-functional execution of new programs.* Develop and execute account strategies to manage and optimize relationships, revenue and profit.* Maintain a professional and disciplined approach to executing all responsibilities of the position.*Education/Certification Requirements*:* Bachelor's degree Business or Engineering, or related field preferred. Will consider appropriate combination of education and related experience.*Experience and Requirements*:* This is _an onsite_ position. We currently have Sales Manager openings based within the following Flambeau manufacturing facilities; Baraboo, WI / Sharon Center, Ohio / Columbus, IN / Madison, GA / Phoenix, AZ.* Prefer minimum 2 years of similar experience in custom molding / contract manufacturing.
