About The Role:

As a CBRE Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of new technology solutions, coordinating with vendors and internal departments, managing change processes, conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and training end users.

What You'll Do:

  • Review business and user needs, document requirements, and translate them into system specifications. Develop and implement new systems. features and functionalities based on requirements.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets. Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion.
  • Coordinate with external vendors to ensure timely delivery and integration of technology solutions.
  • Implement strategies to manage changes and ensure smooth transitions. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure buy-in and support.
  • Develop and execute UAT plans to ensure systems meet business requirements and are ready for deployment.
  • Create communication plans and provide training to end users and ongoing support to ensure successful adoption of new systems.
  • Manage vendor relationships, contracts and performance and collaborate on future system enhancements.
  • Apply in-depth knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish complex assignments and provide innovative solutions.
  • Conduct reviews after project completion to assess success and identify areas for improvement.

    • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience.
    • Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager or similar role.
    • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
    • Experience with change management and UAT processes.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (PowerBI, PowerApps and PowerAutomate) and other business systems, including Salesforce and SmartSheet.

      CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Technical Project Manager position is $100,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Technical Project Manager position is $117,000 annually. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
