Online and at our 8 locations and 2 learning sites, we take pride in our welcoming environment; one-on-one support and personalized attention that helps students define goals and identify the means to pursue them.SUMMARY:Responsible for the academic quality, operational effectiveness, staff development, student retention, improvement and enrollment growth of the assigned campuses (Atlanta, Orlando and High Point). Accountable for quality professional education for student and graduate success by leading the overall operational and educational functions of the campus, and developing opportunities to add academic program offerings, manage facility footprint, and lead campus strategic expansion in new and existing markets.KEY JOB ELEMENTS:

  • Committed to uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all situations.
  • Provide supervision and oversight for campuses, with both on-campus and remote leadership, in Atlanta, High Point and Orlando to achieve budget growth targets.
  • Collaborate with the Associate Vice Chancellor (AVC) for Academic Affairs and the AVC for Operations on significant campus decisions.
  • Achieve key outcomes of the campus including new student enrollment, student persistence, partnerships, budget plans, new programs, and satisfaction metrics.
  • Provide strong leadership focused on advancing educational quality, access, and student success.
  • Ensure faculty and program directors are appropriately supervised, developed and evaluated.
  • Monitor reports, systems, policies, and procedures to ensure effective delivery of services and academic programs.
  • Facilitate the introduction of new academic programs and campus locations.
  • Lead student retention improvement initiatives, ensuring effective support services.
  • Ensure strong human resources management through hiring and developing an effective management team.
  • Demonstrate an innovative approach to campus development and improvement.
  • Coordinate campus outreach activities to generate enrollment.
  • Maintain a desirable and safe campus environment.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with alumni and community organizations.
  • Ensure campus compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Support institutional planning and research activities.
  • Other duties as assigned.POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
    • Experience - Minimum of seven years of highly successful experience in campus leadership roles.
    • Entrepreneurial Approach - Focused on enrollment growth and campus expansion.
    • Leadership - Experience in managing in-person and remote teams.
    • Education - Master's degree from a regionally accredited institution required.
    • Computer Skills - Experience with computerized administrative systems, including Microsoft.
