Job Description:
A company is looking for a Supervisor, Program Management.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily activities and supervise staff according to program
guidelines and procedures
Develop program metrics, monitor adherence to SLAs, and implement
operational improvements
Conduct employee training, evaluate performance, and facilitate
team meetings
Required Qualifications
Associate or Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or
equivalent work experience
1-4 years of relevant experience
Customer service experience required; call center experience
preferred
Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office
Ability to lead and develop a successful team
