The role requires coordination with internal and external stakeholders including CEPG, Bottling Partners, TI&SC, PACS, Operating Units, and suppliers.CEPG is part of Global Procurement & Supply Chain Services within Enterprise Services at The Coca-Cola Company. The role reports to the Senior Director, Global Sustainability, Procurement.

• Lead cross-functional workshops to advance Packaging Sustainability goals, reviewing Bottler roadmaps, modeling glidepaths, and engaging stakeholders to identify risks and opportunities.
• Support recycling initiatives and develop expertise in feedstock collection for rPET, bale collection systems, and market analysis.
• Assist CEPG in exploring opportunities with advanced recycling technologies by collaborating with R&D, SRA, Technical teams.
• Develop and implement strategies for Metals and Glass packaging sustainability, focusing on recycled content and decarbonization.
• Ensure timely packaging reporting and support sustainability reports and external commitments, especially for Metals and Glass.
• Build relationships with suppliers and industry stakeholders to influence and establish sustainability projects.
• Represent CEPG in packaging initiatives, providing leadership and guidance on regulatory and sustainability impacts.
• Support sourcing strategies to meet sustainability goals involving recycled content, recyclability, and decarbonization.
• Coordinate sustainability efforts across other packaging types as needed.What You'll Do for UsThe Packaging Sustainability Director will accelerate CEPG's global packaging sustainability initiatives, focusing on increasing recycled content and reducing carbon footprint. The role involves extensive collaboration with procurement teams, partners, suppliers, and industry experts to develop roadmaps and identify opportunities for sustainability improvements.We seek a motivated, detail-oriented professional to support sustainability projects, including project management, data analysis, and reporting, contributing to circular solutions and decarbonization efforts.Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sustainability or procurement roles.
• Passion for sustainability; experience in sustainable supply chains preferred.
• Coca-Cola System experience is a plus.
• Ability to work in a virtual global team across organizational boundaries.
• Strong data analytics skills for modeling and analysis.
• Knowledge of competitive industry analysis and sourcing strategies.
• Experience in strategy development to increase recycled content and reduce carbon footprint.
• Ability to monitor and report on sustainability progress.
• Stakeholder engagement skills to align with partners and suppliers.
