Our people are our strength.Role DescriptionThe Project Manager's primary responsibility is to manage multiple small to mid-size projects simultaneously and coordinate with all levels of staff and stakeholders across firms benefiting from our solutions. This is an excellent opportunity to work for a cutting-edge, global, legal software company. We are interested in candidates with experience in:

• Global accounting
• Implementation or practical experience with ERP systems
• Law firm experience, including client-facing, support, and administrative roles
• A successful track record of project implementation in a software environment
• Leading complex software implementations through the full project lifecycle
• Knowledge of e-billing or financeQualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 2-4 years of experience leading complex software implementations for the full project lifecycle
  • Proven success in project implementation within a software environment
  • Project team management experience
  • Excellent client-facing skills
  • Experience with project management tools such as Smartsheet, MS Project, and Professional Services Automation toolsResponsibilities
    • Leading project planning and implementation
    • Facilitating definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables
    • Defining project tasks and resource requirements
    • Developing detailed project plans
    • Assembling and coordinating project staff
    • Managing project budgets and resource allocation
    • Planning and scheduling project timelines
    • Tracking project deliverables using CRM and Professional Services Automation tools daily
    • Providing guidance and support to the project team
    • Monitoring and reporting project progress to stakeholders
    • Presenting reports on project status, issues, and solutions
    • Managing changes and interventions to meet project goals
    • Evaluating project outcomes and results
