    The Head of GHS Operations, South East Campus will lead a team across South East Coast Campuses for the United States and Puerto Rico, seeking to optimize Global Health Services resource deployment against strategic objectives and across multiple business functions. S/he is part of the Americas GHS Regional leadership team. S/he assumes campus-wide stewardship and is accountable for the deployment and performance of Global Health and Wellness strategy, policies, standards and compliance across his/her campus in the areas of occupational health, wellness & health promotion and employee assistance programs.--
    The Head of GHS Operations, South East Coast Campus will routinely collaborate with business leaders in his/her campus. S/he will be a key liaison with EHSS, Facilities, Human Resources, Legal, Finance, and operational leadership at a campus level. S/he may work with external groups and agencies.--Key Responsibilities:--
    --- Accountable for leading HR, company managers, EHSS, Facilities and other partners and their team in the development of holistic health and well-being strategy for facilities in their campus;
    --- Responsible for successful implementation of the campus and local employee health and well-being strategy for local Supply Chain, R&D, Commercial customers in support of business objectives;
    --- Drives health outcomes including reducing population health risks, leading and eliminating workplace health risks and supporting improved business outcomes through advancing employee health and well-being;
    --- Is accountable for delivery of agreed-to regional health metrics and outcomes;
    --- Builds and leads a lean, highly proficient GHS team that delivers GHS services to all facilities within the campus. Handles geographically dispersed client group locations which may include a mix of J&J employees and contractors;
    --- Brings value by driving greater efficiency and standardization in the deployment of GHS resources, processes, procedures and programs using a regional construct;
    --- Responsible for vendor management for all vendors operating within their campus including site level and campus level service providers;
    --- Leads and executes key management activities including Talent Management, Campus Budget Management, Cost allocation, and regulatory tracking processes;
    --- Defines and coordinates all GHS resource needs within campus while optimizing use of SMEs (e.g., Occupational Health, Wellness, EAP, Energy Management) across all locations and business;
    --- Owns decision rights for intra-campus hiring, staff management, workload distribution;
    --- Continuously supervises all aspects of Campus GHS performance, providing direction to Site GHS leaders and Site GHS teams;
    --- Conducts periodic performance and service happiness reviews with Site leaders;
    --- Provides or guide for GHS technical assistance and support as needed across all campus locations;
    --- The position is responsible to drive process improvements and related system requirements across the complaint surveillance process in Central Complaint Vigilance (CCV) organization. This role promotes efficiency, compliance and continuous improvement through process improvements (including master data) and system (Quality System platform & complaint module improvements. The position leads and collaborates with business partners to drive process improvements and practices and finds opportunities to improve the accuracy and efficiency of complaint process as it relates to system requirements, deployment and use of the complaint module. In addition, provides governance for the CCV procedure hierarchy as well as handle SME documentation updates.
    --- Routinely engages business leaders to review Culture of Health and Employee's health performance and compliance;
    --- Cultivates an atmosphere of willingness and information sharing to encourage a culture of high awareness, visibility and diligence with respect to GHS matters.
    Qualifications
    Education:--
    --- Requires University/Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferred in a technical/science field. Advanced degree in management or health related technical field prefered. US Licensed RN, NP and/or MD preferred. COHN or COHN-S certification or equivalent preferred.--
    Experience:--
    --- A minimum of 6 years of meaningful experience in occupational health, health & wellness, corporate health or related function is required.--
    --- Requires people management experience
    --- Experience partnering and influencing at senior levels within the business is required.--
    --- Experience in designing elegant customer experiences and customer management to ensure product usability is preferred.
