apprenticeship, a 2-year degree, or professional certificate.

Preferred Qualifications
Position Summary
This position will be a phlebotomist at the Center for Family
Research, working across multiple NIH-funded research projects.
Major responsibilities include: Training teams of part-time
phlebotomists on blood collection, processing, and management
protocols; Conducting phlebotomies during research home visits;
Developing and updating phlebotomy and other biomarker data
collection, processing, transporting, storing and shipping
protocols; Managing dry lab equipment and phlebotomy supply
inventory; Tracking samples and coordinating shipments to external
labs. The ideal candidate will have multiple years of experience in
conducting phlebotomies and additional lab experience. This
position will be a critical member of multiple study teams.

Conduct blood draws on participants as scheduled; Train teams of
phlebotomists on blood collection, processing, and storage
protocols associated with multiple NIH-funded research projects and
follow-up with quality assurance checks.
