We are looking for a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our medical office full time in Clayton, GA. Enjoy the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains of Northeast Georgia! We have a bustling primary care office, and we are looking for a compassionate PA-NP to join our team, with the mission to help provide top quality care to the community of Clayton, GA, improving the health and quality of life of our patients.

We are a Primary Care office, providing care for a variety of acute and chronic conditions, patients aged 14 years old and up. We strive to give our patients the best, warmest, most effective care possible. Duties:
Patient exam-consultations (HPI, Review past medical history and pertinent medical records-labs-imaging, physical exam)
Diagnosis of acute and chronic conditions-wellness care
Order-review labs-bloodwork-imaging studies-tests
Treatment plan- prescribing medications, referrals, procedures
Patient Education
Patient reexam -progress-full up
Documentation- timely and accurate
Collaboration with the physician and staff re: patient care
Requirements:
Graduation from an Accredited PA-NP program
PA-NP License in GA
Salary (range):
$120k per year (depending on experience)
Plus a Bonus Structure (up to an additional $20k per year!)
Schedule:
Full-time (Monday- Friday)
