You will care for patients with complex medical conditions who require close monitoring and specialized care, ensuring seamless coverage and support across the hospital. Your ability to quickly adapt to different units and collaborate with diverse teams will be essential in delivering high-quality careRequirements:

• RN license in State of Assignment or compact license
• 2 years of experience as a traveler 3 years with no travel

    • Medication Administration: Administer medications, treatments, and interventions safely and effectively, following established protocols and guidelines.
    • Patient Education: Provide education and support to patients and their families, ensuring they understand their conditions, treatments, and post-discharge care plans.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure the best possible outcomes for patients.
    • Documentation: Accurately document patient information, care plans, and responses to treatment in the electronic medical record (EMR) system.
