Job Description:
Now offering a $10K sign-on bonus, this RN position in a 36-bed
medical-surgical unit requires independent practice, clinical
judgment, and delegation skills.
Provides routine and complex patient care, adhering to nursing
standards and the nursing process.
Addresses patients' physical, emotional, cultural, and social needs
while ensuring safety and quality outcomes.
Administers medications, monitors effects, and documents care
accurately.
Educates patients and families, assesses learning needs, and
supports discharge planning.
Demonstrates leadership in unit operations, resource management,
and compliance with regulations.
Requires BSN (preferred), RN license, and BLS; 1-year nursing
experience preferred.
