Health Physical Therapist and Occupational Therapist You Can Be If
you meet these qualifications, we want to meet you! - Minimum nine
months experience as a physical therapist - Preferred
community/home health experience - Knowledge of rehabilitation
techniques related to complex neurologic injury - Experience with
home health, medical-surgical, or rehabilitation center environment
Required Certifications and Licensures: - Master’s degree in
physical therapy approved by CAPTE accredited physical therapist
education program - Currently licensed to practice as a physical
therapist within the state of agency operation and compliant with
accepted professional standards and practices - Must possess and
maintain valid CPR certification while employed in a clinical role
- Must be a licensed driver who can travel to all business
locations - Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy or the
equivalent with license or certificate within the state providing
services - At least two years of experience working independently
