Responsibilities Clinical Nurse Educator - Medical/Surgical
Units Aiken Regional Medical Centers, located in Aiken, South
Carolina, is a 273-bed acute care facility providing quality
healthcare to the residents of Aiken and surrounding communities.

Medical/Surgical Educator is a registered nurse who works as an
expert practitioner within a specialized field of nursing. This
individual is responsible for evaluating and implementing
evidence-based practice, education, and professional development,
within critical care areas. They serve as a clinical resource for
the Medical/Surgical units (3M, 4M, 5M) Nursing staff for bedside
care. In addition, they will focus on new graduate nurses
development within the Medical/Surgical Departments. Benefit

each community we serve. Qualifications Job Requirements: Graduate
of an accredited NLN approved RN program. Bachelor's degree in
Nursing required, Master's degree in Education preferred. Five (5)
years of recent clinical experience in a Medical/Surgical setting.
One year of education background preferred. Current SC nursing
license or compact state license; BLS, ACLS required. Excellent
communication skills, organizational skills, outcomes oriented, and
knowledge of education methods and clinical practice. EEO Statement
