A-Line Staffing is now hiring a Healthcare Consultant III. This is a fully remote opportunity with a Fortune 500 healthcare organization and has long-term career potential. Compensation: The pay for this position is $27.70 per hour Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates Highlights: This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire based on attendance, performance, and business needs Fully remote – never required to report onsite Must be able to work Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CT Candidates do not need to reside in Illinois, but must be comfortable with Central Time work hours Responsibilities: Evaluation of Members: Conduct comprehensive assessments of referred members using care management tools, data review, and benefit plan analysis Identify high-risk factors and refer to clinical case management or crisis intervention as needed Coordinate and implement care plan activities, and monitor progress Enhancement of Medical Appropriateness and Quality of Care: Collaborate with internal medical and clinical teams using a holistic approach Escalate quality of care issues and remove barriers to care Use motivational interviewing to promote lifestyle/behavior changes and member engagement Coach and empower members to actively participate in their healthcare decisions Monitoring, Evaluation, and Documentation: Document using case management and quality standards in accordance with regulatory, accreditation, and company policies Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in behavioral health or human services required (e.g., psychology, social work, nursing, counseling, marriage & family therapy) Non-licensed master’s level clinicians also accepted At least 2 years of experience in behavioral health, social services, or a related field Case management and discharge planning experience preferred Experience in managed care is a plus Strong communication, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and remotely Comfortable navigating multiple systems and platforms; proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint Education: Required: Bachelor’s degree in behavioral health or human services (or non-licensed master’s level clinician) If you are interested in this position, please apply directly to this job posting, call or text Jenise Nottage at 586-473-6098 , or email resume and job title to jnottage@alinestaffing.com .
