qualified Telemetry RN in Augusta, Georgia, 30901! Pay Information

Strong clinical skills and proficiency in telemetry Description:
The position requires a registered nurse specializing in telemetry.
The nurse will care for adults to geriatrics. Patient diagnoses may
include CHF, MI/chest pain (pre- and post-catheterization),
dysrhythmias (pre- and post-device implants), hypo-/hypertension,
pleural effusion, sepsis, and PE/DVT/vascular issues. The nurse
will manage a patient ratio of 1:4-5. Experience with electronic
documentation systems is necessary. Scrub color is navy blue. The
nurse will float within the unit. Weekend work is required every
other weekend. There are no call requirements for this position.
The nurse is expected to work major holidays during the assignment
period. If one or two major holidays fall within the assignment
period, the nurse is expected to work those holidays. If three
major holidays occur, the nurse should be available to work two of
them. Holidays include Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day,
Thanksgiving/Black Friday, and Christmas Eve/Christmas Day. Full
compliance with onboarding requirements is essential to start on
time. Orientation will consist of 13 hours of non-billable hours.
Modules will be completed during orientation and may vary by
specialty. References from supervisory staff are preferred for
submission. Candidates must be available to complete all essential
paperwork in a timely manner for a smooth onboarding process.
