Job Description & Requirements - Specialty:PCU - Progressive Care Unit - Discipline:RN - Duration:13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift:12 hours, nights - Employment Type:Local Contract Job Title:Registered Nurse – Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Location:Augusta, GA 30901 Start Date:07/21/2025 or later Contract Length:12 Weeks Shifts:3x12 Nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) Schedule Type:Block schedule available Unit:Inpatient Hold – PCU (Unit 60235) Unit & Patient Information - Patient Ratio:1:4 (both days & nights) - Unit Type:Intermediate/Stepdown and Med-Surg patients - Census:12 beds - Patient Population:Adults and Geriatrics - Common Diagnoses:CHF, dysrhythmias, stroke symptoms, ACS, myocardial ischemia - Charting:Epic - Medication System:Pyxis - Telemetry:All patients on hardwired telemetry; monitored by RN - Scrubs:Navy blue Requirements - Minimum Experience:2 years PCU/intermediate care - Certifications:BLS & ACLS required - Experience with: - Cardiac monitoring and dysrhythmia management - IV therapy, central/peripheral line care - Non-invasive airway management - Cardiac drips (no titration) - Isolation precautions About LanceSoft Established in 2000, LanceSoft is a Certified MBE and Woman-Owned organization.
