RN in Athens, Georgia, 30606! Job Opportunity – Operating Room
Nurse – Georgia Start Date: January 20, 2026 Location: Athens,
Georgia Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: Flexible scheduling with 3–4 shifts per week; primarily
12-hour shifts Wednesday through Friday (5:30–6:00 PM start) or
10-hour shifts between 6:30 AM and 6:00 PM. Every other weekend
required. Highlights: Diverse surgical specialties including
Dental, ENT, General, Cataracts, Orthopedics, Plastics, GYN,
Pediatrics, Neuro, and Podiatry 6-bed ambulatory OR unit with
average daily census of 20 cases 1:1 patient ratio; circulating
nurses are not required to scrub Epic EMR and Pyxis medication
system Pediatric to geriatric patient population; ASA levels 1, 2,
and 3 Flexibility to float to main hospital as needed Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of Operating Room experience required; no
first-time travelers accepted Previous travel nursing experience
required Current BLS certification Georgia or Compact state RN
license (must be active at time of submission) Comprehensive
procedural experience in ambulatory OR settings including
laparoscopic procedures, joint replacements, craniotomy, spinal
fusions, hysterectomy, cataract surgery, and various ENT, general,
and orthopedic procedures Two supervisory references from Manager
level or above Full compliance documentation required prior to
