Job Overview Patient nutrition plays a vital role in the treatment and management of various medical conditions. As a Dialysis Registered Dietitian, you will be responsible for recommending therapeutic diets based on patient nutritional needs, preferences, changes in treatment, and consultation with patients' physicians. Patient Nutrition Responsibilities: Routine review of lab results to provide appropriate education on nutritional interventions topics including fluid sodium potassium CKD-Mineral Bone Disorder management. Maintaining open communication channels between healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
