Registered Nurse (RN) | Medical-Surgical Location: Augusta, GA Agency: Revolution Healthcare Services Pay: $1,648 per week Shift Information: Days - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 14 Weeks Start Date: 2/9/2026 About the Position ```htmlJob Opportunity – Registered Nurse – Renal Medical-Surgical – Georgia Start Date: February 9, 2026 Location: Augusta, Georgia Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants Schedule: 12-hour shifts with every other weekend; floating required as needed Highlights: Renal Medical-Surgical specialty unit with adult to geriatric patient population Nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:5-6 in a 49-bed unit with average daily census of 48 Epic EMR system required; unit also utilizes Pyxis and SBAR Comprehensive interdisciplinary support including IV teams, physical therapy, respiratory services, pharmacy, lift teams, and rapid response teams First-time travelers accepted with minimum one year of experience Maximum of 7 days of requested time off available Requirements: Minimum 1 year of nursing experience in Medical-Surgical or Telemetry setting Current Georgia or Compact state RN license (must be in hand at time of application) Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification Epic charting system experience required Experience with 1:6 patient ratios preferred Skills required include telemetry monitoring, IV management (peripheral, central, PICC lines), medication administration (insulin, heparin, PCA), pre/post hemodialysis management, wound care/wound vac, respiratory support (CPAP/BiPAP, high flow nasal cannula), colostomy and feeding tube care, blood product administration, and chest tube management Flu vaccination required (medical/religious exemptions only) Two supervisory references from Manager level or above required at submission Why It's a Great Opportunity: This renal medical-surgical position offers the chance to work with a dedicated interdisciplinary team providing comprehensive care to adults and geriatric patients with complex medical needs.
