Telemetry RN in Augusta, Georgia, 30901! Job Opportunity –
Telemetry Registered Nurse – Georgia Start Date: February 23, 2026
Location: Augusta, Georgia Compensation: Details provided to
qualified applicants Schedule: 36 hours per week; every other
weekend; holiday coverage as assigned; floating within scope of
practice as needed Highlights: Telemetry unit caring for adult to
geriatric patients with cardiac and complex medical conditions
Patient ratio of 1:4-5 on a 16-room unit with comprehensive
interdisciplinary support Epic EMR system with Pyxis medication
management and SBAR communication protocols No call requirements;
supportive team environment with IV teams, rapid response,
pharmacy, and therapy services Opportunity to care for pre- and
post-cardiac catheterization, device implants, CHF, MI,
dysrhythmias, and more Contract length determines orientation
hours; full compliance required prior to start date Requirements:
Active Georgia or Compact state RN license required at time of
application Minimum 2 years of recent telemetry or progressive care
experience Current BLS, ACLS, and NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS)
certifications Proficiency with Epic charting system required Two
supervisory references (Manager level or above) highly preferred at
submission Strong competency in telemetry monitoring, cardiac drip
management (no titration), post-cardiac cath care, dysrhythmia
interpretation, IV insulin protocols, and advanced medical-surgical
skills Candidates must be available to complete compliance
requirements and labs within 48 hours of contract signing Why It's
