Job Description:
Georgia Hospice Care (GHC) is seeking a committed and
compassionate Clinical Supervisor to join our team in delivering
exceptional end-of-life care to patients across diverse counties in
Georgia. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in
supervising our clinical staff and ensuring that each patient
receives the highest standard of comfort and qualitative medical
services. This position involves supervising day-to-day operations,
executing clinical strategies, and collaborating with a
multidisciplinary team to ensure the delivery of personalized
patient care in line with our organizational goals. Lead and
supervise a team of nurses and other healthcare professionals to
ensure excellence in patient care. Oversee the healthcare services
provided to patients, ensuring all care is compliant with state
regulations and organizational policies. Collaborate with other
healthcare providers, officials, and community agencies to
facilitate integrated health services. Assess ongoing staff member
training needs and organize educational programs to enhance service
delivery. Monitor and evaluate patient care activities and
outcomes, implementing improvements when necessary. Strong
leadership and organizational skills. Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills. Ability to manage high-stress situations.
Comprehensive knowledge of healthcare regulations and hospice care
standards. Proficiency in clinical documentation systems and
patient management software. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance
Vision Insurance 401k Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Certification in hospice and palliative care nursing preferred.
Certified Clinical Supervisor (CCS) or similar certification is
advantageous.
