Job Description:

Georgia Hospice Care (GHC) seeks a dedicated Clinical Supervisor to lead our compassionate team of healthcare professionals in delivering exceptional, personalized end-of-life care. This role encompasses overseeing clinical operations, ensuring that our high standards of care are met, and that our services continuously adapt to the needs of our patients and their families across various counties in Georgia. The Clinical Supervisor will be pivotal in fostering a supportive and effective environment, focusing on comfort, dignity, and quality of life in accordance with our mission to make a significant difference in every patients journey. Supervise and mentor nursing staff and coordinate staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage. Ensure the delivery of high-quality hospice care in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and GHC’s policies. Evaluate the performance of the nursing staff and provide feedback and corrective guidance. Develop and implement training modules to enhance the professional skills of the care team. Manage patient care planning and ensure that patient families are informed and involved. Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to maintain continuity of care. Monitor and manage resources to ensure the efficacy and financial sustainability of care programs. Strong leadership and team management skills In-depth knowledge of hospice care regulations and standards Exceptional patient and family communication abilities Capacity to manage multiple tasks efficiently Problem-solving and crisis management skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Registered Nurse (RN) licensed to practice in the state of Georgia Certification in hospice and palliative care nursing (CHPN) preferred
