Registered Nurse (RN) | Telemetry Location: Augusta, GA Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $1,955 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 9 Weeks Start Date: 2/23/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Telemetry RN in Augusta, Georgia, 30901! Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Cardiac Telemetry Duration: 9 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum of 1 year License: GA or Compact license required Certifications: BLS, ACLS Must-Have: 1. Experience in Cardiac Telemetry 2. Proficient in interpretation and management of dysrhythmias 3. Experience with telemetry monitoring 4. Proven ability to manage cardiac drips and vasoactive drips Description: The Registered Nurse will provide care to adult and geriatric patients. The primary focus will be on patients with post-MI, heart failure, arrhythmias, and chest pain. The nurse will work closely with interdisciplinary teams. The average patient ratio will be 1:5 with a census of 16 beds. The role may include floating within the facility as needed. The nurse will be responsible for telemetry, EKG, and Doppler monitoring. Key skills include managing IV insulin protocols, blood product administration, and cardiac drips. The nurse will also be involved in peritoneal dialysis and hemodialysis management. Wound care and isolation precautions will be part of the job responsibilities. The nurse is expected to work on major holidays if required. Compliance with all organizational policies and procedures is mandatory. Preferred qualifications include previous charge experience. Experience with Epic charting system is required. Travel experience is not mandatory but is beneficial.
