floating between Neuro ICU and IMCU/stepdown as needed Hours per

people heal. Roles & Responsibilities Provide high quality neuro
critical care to adult patients in ICU and stepdown settings
Perform focused neuro assessments and escalate changes in patient
status promptly Float between ICU and IMCU/stepdown to support
patient care and maintain safe ratios Collaborate with physicians,
therapists and the interdisciplinary team to develop and execute
plans of care Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including
skills checklist and required demographic items Demonstrate and
maintain required certifications and participate in ongoing
education Serve as a patient and family advocate, explaining care
plans and supporting informed decisions Qualifications Active
Registered Nurse (RN) licensure with Nursys license verification
required Minimum 2 years of experience in neuro critical care or
strong neuro experience documented on profile Resume/work history
with no gaps greater than 60 days Completed skills checklist,
references, and certification card as part of candidate profile
Badge-appropriate photo and full demographic information loaded
into profile Education Education required for RN licensure (per
state requirements); active RN license required Knowledge & Skills
Strong knowledge of neuro critical care principles and
neuro-focused nursing assessments Ability to manage high-acuity
patients and prioritize rapidly changing clinical needs Comfort
floating between ICU and stepdown environments and adapting to
different team workflows Excellent communication skills for
interdisciplinary collaboration and family updates Accurate
documentation and adherence to licensure and compliance
