Registered Nurse (RN) | Intensive Care Unit (ICU) / Critical Care Location: Augusta, GA Agency: Revolution Healthcare Services Pay: $2,541 per week Shift Information: 4 days Contract Duration: 12 Weeks Start Date: 2/23/2026 About the Position Job Opportunity – ICU Float Registered Nurse – Georgia Start Date: February 23, 2026 Location: Augusta, Georgia Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants Schedule: 36 or 48 hours guaranteed per week; every other weekend required (average 6 weekends per 13-week contract); no call required Highlights: ICU Float position with exposure to all critical care and acute care units including ICU, Neuro ICU, CVICU, PCU, MS, and MS/Tele Patient ratios: 1:2-3 ICU; 1:4-5 PCU; 1:5-6 MS/MS Tele Epic EMR system utilized throughout facility with Pyxis and SBAR Patient population includes adults to geriatrics across diverse diagnoses Up to 7 days of requested time off permitted per contract (blackout dates apply for Spring Break: April 4-12) First-time travelers accepted with minimum 1 year of experience Requirements: Active Georgia or Compact RN license (must be in hand at time of application) BLS, ACLS, and NIH Stroke Scale certifications required Minimum 1 year of nursing experience; previous charge experience preferred Epic charting system experience required Experience with patient ratios of 2-3 patients Community hospital experience preferred Strong competency in critical care skills including ventilator management, arterial line management, central line care, dysrhythmia interpretation, wound care, and blood product administration Two supervisory references (Manager level or above) highly preferred at time of submission Full compliance documentation required by Tuesday prior to start date Flu vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions only) Why It's a Great Opportunity: This ICU Float role offers comprehensive critical care experience across multiple specialty units, allowing you to expand your skill set while working with diverse patient populations.
