This full-time position offers a balanced 7-on/7-off schedule with strong APP support, a manageable patient load, and the opportunity to practice advanced GI procedures in a collaborative, patient-focused environment. Job Responsibilities In this role, you will: Perform advanced GI procedures, including ERCP and EUS (required) Manage approximately 5–8 new consults daily, with a total of 23 patients per day Collaborate with APPs for efficient patient care delivery Provide inpatient gastroenterology services from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM during your scheduled week Maintain strong communication with referring physicians and multidisciplinary teams Contribute to the continued growth and development of the GI service line Minimum Qualifications MD or DO, Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gastroenterology Advanced GI fellowship training preferred (ERCP and EUS required) Active Georgia medical license (or eligibility) Open to both new graduates and experienced physicians Strong commitment to patient-centered care and team collaboration Compensation & Benefits Highly competitive salary with wRVU-based incentives Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) with employer contribution CME allowance and paid CME time Up to $100K in loan repayment assistance (with a 5-year commitment) Relocation assistance available Epic EMR system for seamless documentation Training program stipend for eligible candidates Apply Today If you’re a motivated gastroenterologist seeking a well-supported, balanced schedule in a thriving Georgia community, this is your opportunity to make an impact.
